Giovanni is always well-dressed, even when he is alone at home. He particularly enjoys three-piece suits. He is a very charismatic man, and his students love him. The look in his eyes leave no space for doubts, as he exudes confidence
Psychological aspects:
He is stuck in his head, always thinking about his next destination. He is obsessed about getting his students to start businesses in their own country. He is hard headed, and will fight for what he believes till he gets his way. Highly knowledgeable and intelligent, he can be difficult to be around. Even his cat sometimes gets bored with him when he talks too much.
His history:
A member of his family (in the future) arrived at his place one day to inform him that he was inheriting a time-machine. At that time, Giovanni was a bit sceptic, until he tried it. Once he did, he already knew what he wanted to do: Go back in time to talk to company founders to understand how they built empires. Once he started, he couldn’t stop himself from going back. Now he is writing a never-ending book on companies in his country and teaching his students on how Italy’s industrial power houses were built.

THE STORYLINE
A university teacher goes back in time, to talk with founders of the most important companies in Italy, before teaching what he's learned to his students
​
History teacher, Giovanni Manca, lives with his cat, alone in his extremely modern house in the middle of the woods. He teaches “Business History” at the university, where he talks about the most important Italian companies and how they were created.
​
To prepare, he orders all the products from the company first, which a transport company driver delivers to him. At first, it will be conflictual, but soon, they’ll become accomplices.
​
The Professor has a secret: He owns a time-machine which he uses to go back in time to meet with the founder of the companies.

Physical aspects:
He is a totally normal guy. Average weight, average height, short hair, starting to go bald on the back. You see Salvo and he’s like a million other men. Always dressed in the transport company clothes.
Psychological aspects:
Salvo is very naïve. He has not traveled the world and he is seeing it through cultural eyes. His opinions are the same all men in the country also have (almost). What does define him is that he likes to talk. He’s like an excited puppy.
His history:
The interest of his story is that it is uninteresting. He went to school, grew up inside a loving family, met a girl, got married and had one kid. He is still with her (secretary in a doctor’s office) and their kid is five (a girl). He found his job at the transport company, a year before he met his girlfriend. They watch the news and some series in the evening, go grocery shopping on Saturday and drive around the country side on Sundays… all the time. He is quite happy that way.
