Hey everyone! I'm Moreno, a 30-year-old pizza chef at Moreno's Pizza, our family’s beloved pizzeria that's been in my life since day one. In a few years, I'll be taking the helm, and I'm totally stoked for what’s ahead. It's going to be an epic journey with my awesome fiancée, Penny, by my side, as we keep spreading the love and warmth to our amazing customers.


Pizza wasn't exactly my childhood dream (I mean, being surrounded by it 24/7 can be a bit much), but I've grown to love the happiness it brings to people, and that's made me content with my path. I once dreamed of being an artist, making people laugh and entertaining them. Life had other plans, but I've found joy in my work. That dream still hangs around, pushing me to infuse creativity into everything I do. Mostly, it fuels my passion for crafting delightful new pizzas that everyone loves.


When I'm not tossing dough at the pizzeria, you’ll catch me scoring goals on the football field with my buddies or chilling on the couch with Penny, binge-watching awesome movies after a busy day.


I’m writing to you now because my dad, with his charmingly old-school flair, got invited to blog on The Professionals. But let's be real, it wasn't his thing. So, with a little nudge from him and Penny's encouragement, I decided to dive in. And here I am!


In this blog, I'll dish out my love for pizza and Italian food, plus some cool tips on living it up as a young adult and enjoying every slice of life. It’s a mix of everything, just like my world. Hope you dig what I share and join me on this spicy adventure!
